During this past year at Precision Auctions, 2021 has proved that our auction model is working very effectively. With many successful sales of a variety of different property types from homes to vacant land and in several different cities from Vancouver to Sicamous to Grand Forks. Here’s a summary of our auction successes in 2021:
1.) Eagle’s Roost Townhouse, Sicamous, BC, Canada
This cozy, contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome has an amazing 663 sq.ft. toy garage and is situated in a prime location of pristine Sicamous, BC, within walking distance to amenities yet still close to the lake, boat launch and access points to endless outdoor activities including world class golfing. Sicamous is known as the Houseboat Capital of Canada and sits where Shuswap Lake and Mara Lake meet. The marketing campaign for this auction lasted 22 days and the property website received 9,174 pageviews. There were 4 qualified bidders during the auction and the townhome sold for a final hammer price of $367,000.
2.) Soleil at Eagle’s Roost, Sicamous, BC, Canada
Another townhome in the same complex of Eagle’s Roost, this is the largest unit in the complex and boasts a 900 sq.ft. toy garage with 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Another Sicamous gem, this property is in the heart of the action where an excess of 40,000 people come to vacation in both the summer and during the winter where adventurers come to enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing and skiing at nearby resorts. The campaign attracted 3,716 pageviews, 33 inquiries and 4 qualified auction bidders. The home sold in only 19 days for a final hammer price of $454,500.
3.) Dewdney Acres, Maple Ridge, BC, Canada
This fabulous 1 acre flat lot is in a prime location of Maple Ridge close to major amenities but far enough away for privacy and tranquility. The marketing campaign lasted 57 days and the property website garnered a remarkable 32,910 pageviews. There were 131 inquiries, 3 bidders and the lot sold for $693,000.
4.) Wellington Crescent, Grand Forks, BC, Canada
This extraordinary 16.7 acre potential development parcel in Grand Forks, BC is located near Christina Lake and a half hour drive to the local ski resort. The land parcel sold in 30 days while gathering 5,881 pageviews, 26 inquiries and 3 qualified bidders. The parcel sold at auction for a final hammer price of $550,000.
